EAT & SIP
On this tour you will taste a wide array of delicious mexican street food, including dessert!
You will not be having a four-course meal at a sit-down restaurant. Instead, you will be fully immersed in tasting tacos on the street, eating at the city’s oldest churro shop, walking through a pastry mansion, and drinking tequila while listening to the live mariachi bands in Garibaldi.
At the end of this tour you will feel like you know the Historic Downtown like the palm of your hand
MEETING POINT
You will meet tour guide at the entrance steps of Bellas Artes (Palace of Fine Arts) – Av Juárez, Centro Histórico de la Ciudad de México, 06050, Ciudad de México, CDMX.
We recommend taking an Uber to restaurant 5M (Av. 5 de Mayo 10-A, Centro Histórico de la Cdad. de México, Centro, 06000 Ciudad de México, CDMX) and then crossing the street to Bellas Artes. You can also take the metro there to avoid traffic. Hop on Line 2 (blue line) and get off on the Bellas Artes stop.
Please keep in mind that traffic in Mexico City can be quite heavy. We ask that you try to arrive on time.
Our tour will end at Plaza Garibaldi. You can easily call an Uber when there, or continue your night in the festive area
• Tour is not adequate for folks with walking difficulties. (Wheelchair, cane, etc). Many streets are narrow and cobble stoned without ramps.
• Approximately 2 miles will be walked on the tour.
• Tour takes place, rain or shine.
